I do not recall one decision that Judge Thomas has made in seventeen years (I may be mistaken on this.) If there has been a Thomas decision, it has been well concealed. I see Clarence Thomas as a rubber-stamp for Antonin Scalia.

What I find the most loathsome about Clarence Thomas is his dogmatic opposition to affirmative action. Although he may have been a beneficiary, he appears to fight to the death anyone else that might benefit from it.

In any event, Anita Hill is being used as a pawn for the Teabagger Express. If I were she, I would really feel degraded, but I think she's smart enough to rise above the slime.

It's stunning to me that a Supreme Court Justice has such a radical, hate filled, liar, of a wife. But then again it is Clarinda Tomain, the 2nd most pathetic, disgusting, piece of shit on the bench next to Antwatlia Scablia.

It's crap like this that I've continually advocated for expanding the SCOTUS from 9 to 19 and preferably 23 justices. There's no excuse why this court is so moribund other than they've become such a small group they no longer have to challenge themselves. In 2010 and beyond there's no reason why the court isn't expanded beyond it's tiny subset more in line with 17 to 29 justices.

It took a lot of courage for Anita Hill to confront that issue.
I beleive she is due an apology from both Mrs. & Mr. Thomas.
At the time as a well educated black woman she was probably very pleased to see more representaton of her race on the Supreme Court, just not him.
Why would she make up such a lie and subject herself to endless public scruitiny? She had nothing to gain and everything to lose.
If the accuser was a female white supremecist or an extortionist of any color, I could easily see her condemnation. But she stood up and did the right thing. She should be applauded and not harassed.
