I laughed at loud at that point, last I checked this clown voted that Texas state law was constitutional, so you're lucky one more didn't vote with him otherwise you'd being jerking yourself off.

When a judge rules something is constitutional, it doesn't necessarily mean he or she personally agrees with it. That would make he or she an activist judge. A judge sometimes has to go against his or her conscience when ruling.

It's hilarious and truly bizarre to me that someone would ask someone else to apologize for testimony given under oath. Is Virginia Thomas trying to make a mockery of the entire American judicial system, or is that just an unintended effect?
