So recently when I've had anal, things have gotten pretty dirty unfortunately. I usually use an enema on myself until the water comes out clean, but I guess that's not good enough. Any advice on how I should prepare my ass before anal sex? Thanks

I just have a healthy diet. Nice and easy bowel movement prior to sex. Quick cleaning with fingers.

This works for me. Eat lots of fiber and such so it is easy, then make sure you are relatively empty before having fun.

It's best to save up your bowel movements because anal sex usually pumps them out anyway so it saves time.

A Goode Douche,followed by one of the small enemas,that you can buy in sex-stores as well as your local pharmacy usually to the trick.

An enema isn't squirt in, squirt out. Fill your bowel, hold it till your toes curl, then let it out. Should be repeated at least once.

Exactly - high fibre and plenty of it. If you aren't pretty clean after a bowel movement, start drinling a glass of metamucil or equivalent morning and night - that'll get you right!
