There is no relationship between conservatism and fascism. We have been where the conservatives want to be and it was a far better country than we have now. It was a much more conservative country which caught and defeated fascism.For once in your life try to think about what your own party is doing. Fascism, like communism insists upon total control of business--which of course is anathema to corporations. It is silly to suggest that corporations are fascist. Liberals like to claim that corporations run the country even as the liberals pass more and more laws and regulations hostile to corporations. Your irrational paranoid hatred of business corporations is very close to Marx's hatred of the bourgeois. You should read the Communist Manifesto and you would be less dismissive of the liberal- communism spectrum.
Do American liberals believe in democracy or do they believe that it is controlled by the rich etc? Do they believe in freedom of speech or do they believe that speech which has is hurtful to minorities or someone or the environment, should be stifled? Should businesses be run for the direct benefit of the workers and the public, rather than for profits?
