Didnt the DNC rules and bylaws committee already decide this by allowing those first 4states to go early, just not out of order. Where as Florida and Michigan were told they couldnt impede upon the earlier states. They were told that if they did their delegates wouldnt be seated but they did it anyhow. Sounds pretty cut and dry to me. Thats what rules and committees and AGREEMENTS are for and why trying to change them afterwards is unseemly(against the rules, cheating, etc.)
