Clinton suggests race will be over next week

This thing is going to the Convention. If Obama gets the nomination, McCain will win in November. I do not trust Obama or the people he surrounds himself with. I will vote republican in November and will switch to an Independant. The GOP wants Obama elected because they will beat him in the working class states, all the states Hillary have won, will turn red in November. The DNC better think long and hard, because if Hillary is not on the ticket or the nominee...her supporters will vote republican in the fall.

Oh don't worry sweetheart.

I'm sure Team Obama will dispatch his wife Michelle to talk down to you and take you as an idiot just like Hillary has done (or did coming next week after Dean ends "Silly Season").

Michelle can be Hillary with more melanin.

They ought to time Michelle Obama's political speeches with her time of the month so we can get her real bitchy and real catty so she's real Hillary-like.

You won't tell the different, I swear, in their tones or rhetoric.

You'll have your intelligence questioned right in front of your face.

Don't worry.

She is more electable against McCain in the fall.
Oh and while were on the subject of people running their mouth..Obama can sure run his mouth and his ministers can put in their two cents worth and it's all ok.
Men are afraid of a woman who is able to a job as well or better than a man can.

Well, I can't seem to post my opinion without some getting their panties in a bind in here.

Just like the men in Arizona that voted for Hillary Clinton against Obama and those that voted for Janet Napolitano as governor versus a man.

That's a Hillary supporter talking. Paranoid for no reason.

Lifelong, never voted Republican. If he gets the nomination...McCain will be my choice in November. And then I will officially register as an Independant.

Howard Dean and his cronies like Kerry and Edwards can cry in January as they swear in another 4 more years of Bush

Please register as an Independant as soon as possible. Truth in labeling is a wonderful thing.

Now to keep this on topic, I do not expect Sen. Clinton to suspend her campaign before the last day of the national convention. She might not suspend it even then. Who knows? I wish she would. I wish she would withdraw from the race tomorrow, and release her delegates. The mere mention of the name "Clinton" will bring Republicans out in droves to vote against her. She is by far the less electable of the two remaining candidates, and her continued presence in the race makes a Democratic victory in the fall less likely with each passing day.

Panties in a bind?

I am so insulted!

I hope you enjoy McLoser's presidency and world war 111.

That quote says it all on where you're rationale is coming from. You are a blind, Feminist supporter who has been played for by a fool, blatantly lied to, pandered to, and taken advantage of by a woman who is using the cause of Feminism to get herself elected.

As ICO says, mark my words, if you Clinton supporters would rather (borrowing a phrase from Lost Lover) "vote with your vaginas" and are voting against all of your beliefs out of spite ... and cost Obama the General Election ... mark my words ... I will return the favor to you in 2012 if Hillary decides to run again. McCain or the Republican nominee will have my vote, and I will show you the same discourtesy that you showed your fellow Democrats.

What really gets me is that a majority of Obama supporters say they would support Hillary in the General Election if she would win. But a large amount of you would do otherwise ... either sit home or support McCain. You are beyond selfish. You are a disgrace to the Party.

Well, I can't seem to post my opinion without some getting their panties in a bind in here.

Judging by your post above, the only one that appears to be wearing "panties" around here is yourself.

May we get back to the topic, please, and refrain from personal remarks. There is a topic on the table, and we should address our comments toward that and not each other.

Hopefully, it doesn't come to this for Hillary, ShortBoy:

In an article dated June 1, The NYT is reporting:

Mrs. Clinton has kept her counsel about what she might do to draw her campaign to a close and when she might do it. Her associates said the most likely outcome is that she will end her bid with a speech, probably back home in New York, in which she would endorse Mr. Obama. Mrs. Clinton herself suggested on Friday that the contest will end sometime next week.

The article declares that after the primaries end, Obama will be some 30 delegates short of the nomination (depending on the resolution of FL and MI). His campaign expects most of the undeclared supers to announce their support, putting him over the top.

The Obama campaign has been putting pressure on supers to declare BEFORE the primaries end, suggesting a reward for their "bravery." The article mentions Colorado Governor Bill Ritter receiving a phone call from Gov. Bill Richardson asking him to do so.

The article also quotes Howard Wolfson and reports that he has suggested that Hillary will not take the battle to the convention.

The DNC Rules Committee has voted to seat the delegates from FL and MI with half votes.

Prior to the vote on MI, Harold Ickes stated that Hillary Clinton instructed him to state that she reserves the right to take the matter to the Credentials Committee at the Convention in August.

I think they were exceedingly kind to Michigan. And I think Harold Ickes' threats were tantamount to political blackmail.

At a meeting I attended this afternoon, it was announced that Florida would be seated at half-strength apportioned according to the January vote.

What is the apportionment of the Michigan delegation?

The committee agreed on a compromise offered by the Michigan Democratic Party that would split the difference, allowing Clinton to take 69 delegates and Obama 59. Each delegate would get half a vote at the convention in Denver this summer, according to the deal.

The deal passed 19-8. Thirteen members of the committee supported Clinton, so she wasn't even able to keep her supporters together.

I thought this was a revealing quote from Hillary's national campaign co-chair today, given Hillary's PR victory:

"It does appear to be pretty clear that Senator Obama is going to be the nominee," said Tom Vilsack, the former Iowa governor and a national co-chairman of Clinton's campaign. "After Tuesday's contests, she needs to acknowledge that he's going to be the nominee and quickly get behind him."

I'm bettin' Hillary wished she'd had a team like Obama. When in-fighting wasn't wrecking her campaign, she was wasting millions of dollars on consultants.
Obama's campaign team bent Hillary's over the kitchen sink and fucked them up the ass.

I really hope they took notes.

And they'll have nobody to blame but themselves when the changes a Democratic White House promises (Clinton or Obama) never come. It's the height of insanity to cut off your nose to spite your face. You still come out of it scarred.
