Yeah, so at work today someone was joking around with me and blatantly says to my face "So, what are you... a closet homosexual?". I stopped for a second a realized just how funny that term was to me. In fact, it's actually a really bad pun on me.

I guess you could say that I am, indeed, a 'closet homosexual', considering most, if not all of the sexual experimentation that I engaged in when I was younger, took place literally in the closet of my friend's bedrooms. I won't say that I am completely gay, however I still love cock, but I've had sexual interaction with both male AND female, and both have thier downsides and benefits but eh, whatever...

Though I would like to point out that the world would be a much better place if all the fuckin' homosexuals would just shut the fuck up about being gay and get on with thier lives. Instead we have all these "WE'RE HERE, WE'RE QUEER, DEAL WITH IT" types.

I mean, c'mon. The best way to get someone to hate something is to rub it in thier face, and if you want to tell the world that you like to take it in the ass from another male, people are going to say "ew" and try to force you away.

Just be like those fake gay guys, I mean, Metrosexuals. They act just like all you gays, yet people LOVE them more because they aren't trying to force 'acceptance'. They do what they do, and nobody gives them shit for it. Why? Because they care more about design than they do sexuality.

Nobody needs to know what goes on in YOUR bedroom.

Ookay, I think I've made my point.

I don't know if I agree with that.

To me, people don't give metrosexuals shit because they aren't gay. I don't make it a point to flaunt my sexuality in people's faces, but I'm not going out of my way to keep it a secret or make who I am invisible to make others who are too uptight feel comfortable. Frankly, I don't care. In fact, I think a lot of people make other people's sexual lives their own business. If someone asks, I'll tell them what I like. Anyone who has ever asked another person anything like "are you seeing anyone" or "how's your sex life" is asking for it!

If someone wants to flaunt their bedroom stories, let them. If you don't like it, don't listen. I think that's pretty simple!

Sorry but the way I see it, the ones that just HAVE to make a big public deal about it need to be slapped :P

You don't see straight guys/girls going around with "straight pride" do you?

Really, both of you simply proved my statement just by saying what you did. In case you didn't notice, forcing your own beliefs down someone else's throat is not the best way to make friends.

Have you ever looked at the 'society' section of your local paper ... its article after article of straight pride! This straight couple engaged, that straight couple getting married, the other straight coule having a baby, another straight couple having a big anniversary. Prime time TV is like a big straight pride parade all night long, often with casual straight sex integrated into the plot lines "for fun".

Why do all these straight people have to keep forcing their beliefs down our throats? I think the absence of mainstream role models for gay kids is tremendously damaging. Straight people uniting in love is a huge cause for celebration, gay people unting in love is (all but) outlawed.

If the only depictions they see are fey, or flitty, or slutty, or whatever - how are they ever going to feel normal? (And what good does it do to make so many people feel like weirdos?)

I do see straight guys/girls going around with "straight pride".
When I am invited to someone's wedding, that's rubbing their heterosexuality in my face.
When I see a beer commercial with a whole bunch of guys oogling a woman in a bikini, that's rubbing their heterosexuality in my face.
When I walk around the office and everyone has their family photos on their desks, that's rubbing their heterosexuality in my face.
Please do not tell me to hide my "gayness" by saving it for the home. I'm going to have my boyfriend's picture on my desk. I'm going to dance with him at my sister's wedding. I will continue to do these things until people get over their disgust of homosexuals and others get over their own internalized homophobia.

Everyday is straight pride day.

The people who aren't gutless shits should be admired not slapped or told to shut the fuck up.

Though I would like to point out that the world would be a much better place if all the fuckin' homosexuals would just shut the fuck up about being gay and get on with thier lives. Instead we have all these "WE'RE HERE, WE'RE QUEER, DEAL WITH IT" types.

We do get on with our lives but fucktards constantly try to make us be inferior to the rest of society.

Nobody needs to know what goes on in YOUR bedroom.

You don't stop being a faggot once you blow your load and pull your dick out.... I don't go on about who how where I fuck but people know I am gay. It appears that I am quite lucky to live in a part of the world where it isn't an issue.

Wow, in a matter of moments, you've managed to piss off most of our community.
And then you make statements where you say we've proved your point, when really we haven't. Those two who replied first forced their beliefs down your throat? No, they told you them.

The "We're here, we're queer, deal with it" statements is us trying to point out that gay people aren't going to stop no matter how many rights people take from us, no matter how many zealots try to make us illegal, no matter of anything. We're saying deal with it, because frankly that's the only choice.

"Everyday is straight pride day." is probably the truest statement I've ever heard.

And you're saying the gay pride thing is a good way to make people hate things? Then why do straight people go to mardi gras? They want it rubbed in their faces? Also, since gay pride as a concept started, famous novelists, actors, and other such talented people are happy to be gay, rather than oppressed like Oscar Wilde, Alan Turing, and other founding fathers of modern culture and technology.

Oh, and I'd like to point out that in government, a straight man a while back tried to make it illegal to teach children anything positive about homosexuals. You say we force homosexuality down people's throats? I'd like to see you find an example where people are truly being forced, like Michael Howard tried to do.

as much as I'm tempted to hand our new friend his spleen on the end of a fork, I'm going to be nice.

I too was quite hostile to gay people who had the guts to come out and blamed them for my own inability to live life on my own terms.

Sorry, pina, but I'm not going to go back and hide iin my closet to please you, and if I want to hold my boyfriend's hand in public or have a picture of him on my desk at work, I'll do that.

If I want to ride my motorcycle in the gay parade here in LA, I'm going to do that, and if I want to stand up for my rights, I'll do that too.

There's no "straight pride day" for a bunch of reasons... straight peopel aren't taught to be ashamed of who they are from a young age, straight people own the world and have all the rights they want or need, and straight people would look silly on floats, dancing half naked and covered in glitter.

Of course, they do try....

I'm constantly inconvienienced in June when countless straight people get married and parade through the streets slowly, honking their horns, driving in cars covered in paper flowers and signs that say "JUST MARRIED", flaunting the fact that they CAN get married in our faces.

They just dont' have the style that a chorus of 50 drag queens have.

Gay isn't something I do in the bedroom.

Im' gay right now, and I'm sitting in a Starbucks in West Hollywood having a scone.

(which is, to be fair.. pretty gay)

ok i can see you are not going to change your opinion. i believe that you are right about one thing, the best way to get someone to hate somthing, is to rub it in their face. BUT when it comes to the "gay" thing, that doesnt really apply, i mean, being gay has, quite wrongly too, been taught to kids at a young age to be a negotive thing. you cant use the exmple that straight people dont have a straight pride day, because straight people have never been opressed. instead of thinking of a straight pride day, try thinking of racism, sure there are race pride marches going on every day somewhere in the world.

i know being gay isnt a "race" of people so racism doesnt really fit into it. but in my opinion, im not going to go in a gay pride march, but i support and will defend peoples rights to do so.

im usually a nice person, but i think you my friend are really ignorant. you obviously have some sort of issue with homosexuals, despite the fact that you are one (i think).

Couldnt have said it better myself!

its not homphobic its just not waving the gay pride flag around on your back.

saying homosexuals should shut the fuck up and that gay men who are out in public need to be slapped is homophobic. surely your brain must be able to work that out.
