I'll only do it in a social setting with trusted friends. I was on vacation a few years ago in LA, for a friends birthday party and someone brought coke. The drug really broke down our barriers and made us confess things that we were holding back. In a weird way it was the ultimate ice breaker.

A few times. It's fun. Makes you feel good, feel confident, talk crap. No real hangover. Little to no side effects for short term irregular use. But it's really expensive for what it is.

These days I would never ever use it. Not because I think its particularly bad for the user (unless they over-indulge or are addictive, neither of which I am) but because of the incredible toll such drugs take on the people who are involved in its manufacture and trafficking. Innocent people are caught up in, and/or killed because of, the illicit drug trade.

A night of dancing is not worth the lives of innocent people. Every time you pay someone for coke, you are contributing to the problem.

I used to talk to a bunch of people who were all into that shit. It made them act like huge assholes, and then they would bitch and go into a severe depression after coming down/withdrawing. I also got to see them with nose bleeds, and crying that they can't live this way anymore but can't stop.


Coke-binging and partying is also how one of my uncles eventually acquired HIV and is currently on the verge of dying of AIDS.

I have done coke years ago. I wouldn't even say it was addictive because the high doesn't last that long so in order to get that same high you have to keep going back for more. It just becomes too much of a chore to have to escape to the bathroom every five minutes. People on coke are boring as well. They just chat for days on end about nothing and won't shut up. I don't regret taking it but it's not something I would recommend to anyone who hasn't tried it. It's basically boring.

You're ... just adorable. Look at you go. FYI you'd be one lucky girl to come across coke that pure. Where would the profit be in selling you coke that's not cut with filler? (No, they don't cut it with stuff that kills you either - killing your customers is not conducive to profit either.)

Cocaine is the worst drug I've ever done. Very overrated. Coke will get you dressed up for a party, but it'll never get you there. If you're gonna snort a speedy drug that's terrible for your sinuses you might as well save money as well as your nose and pick up meth. At least you won't come down after 15 minutes.

You hit it exactly man... it is the ulitmate ice breaker.. for some reason people on that drug do share things that they would otherwise not share.
Not sure if that's a good thing in a group though.. was ok when me and my best friend did it though.. helped us talk about our liking guys... haha... not that we ever did anything about it with eachother though.. but that was ok too.

I"d steer away from it though.. it was fun and great for a while... but I got a bit too excited about doing it... spent a lot of money buying it..
I too only did it once in a while... then learned where to buy it, and since I could afford it, well I went out of my way to purchase it. Mostly did it with my best friend, and sometimes alone as well (when he was out of town)...
Maybe you don't have an addictive personality (like I have).. so you MAY be ok... but best to keep away man..

Some people will do it "just once" at a party, just for fun, and get hooked on it for the rest of their short, brutal life.

you're right.. i've never known anybody that turned into a raging coke monster just like that and i know a lot of users.

meth, heroin and crack... those are the insta-hooked, insta-lifeisfucked drugs in my books.
