You should not wear it all the time, it is not healthy, also limit the time you leave it on. Once I got one and put it on, then went out to the bars and before long it started hurting to the point I decided to take it off but to no avail, I actually had to go to the bartender and explain my situation, he let me barrow a pair of scissor and I had to cut it off in the bathroom. Since then I am a bit more careful of the time and place I use one.
