IN A LARGE MIXING BOWL, MIX EGG YOLKS & SUGAR EXTREMELY WELL; NO LUMPS (MIGHT TAKE AS MUCH AS 20 MINUTES.)
ADD CREAM OF COCONUT
ADD EVAPORATED MILK
ADD VANILLA
STIR
MEANWHILE, ON STOVE; BOIL WATER WITH CINNAMON STICKS AND CLOVES
REDUCE TO HALF THEN STRAIN INTO MIXING BOWL
ADD RUM MIX WELL AND CHILL

YIELD:APPROXIMATELY 2 ½ QUARTS
