Tried something new today!
Had a conversation with a few guys from a nearby fire station. They dared me to do their smoke divers test, I felt up to it, so I said yes instantly!:D
The test is a series(4) of physical tasks conducted with full smoke divers gear (about 55lbs). No pauses in between exercises.

1. 8 min jogging 15 degree slope. (Gets warm, even though the gym wasnt on fire).
2. 10 Pushups
3. 15 Squats
4. 2 Pull-ups

I did okay, with pushups and squats as best exercises (felt like i could do alot more). The jogging was a pain on the calves. Don't think i've ever jogged slopes with that much weight on my back before.
It's nice knowing these guys go through this test two times every year.
 
Code, any possibilities with any of the firestuds??

Added some pictures in the gallery. No need to post them here, cause that's the way you don't do it.
Story:
New years eve dinner with friends. The food was splendid, so was the 3 or 4 beers I had at the table.
We moved over into the living room, for more beer and jäger shots. Some more people arrived, and I mixed the welcome drinks. I made 'kamikaze' drinks .
A certain problem occured while mixing these drinks. After pouring the triple sec and vodka into the glass, there simply wasn't any room left for the lime juice.
So guess what I did? I made room for it;)
Then a friend who's in the army came over with some clothes he borrowed this summer. Hence the changing to shorts a while after midnight. At about 2AM I was pretty much wasted, so the host (kindly:rolleyes:) decided to give me some sambuca shots. I fell asleep on the floor, woke up two hours later and somehow got to bed.
I remember when every weekend was like this..

Anyway I was back in the gym again today. Still going strong in 2009..|

I had many weekends like that from 17-20 :) And still the occasional party every now and then hehe. The pic with the dog is really cute by the way :)

And I didn't do anything since christmas :(
