Codeerror's fitness thread (with pictures!)

In LA now. Seems so much more difficult to eat healthy here in the US. I think I'm getting the servers angry with all my 'special needs'.
Spent some time in San Francisco, San Diego and Las Vegas over the last few weeks. No exercise :(

I'm just stopping by today to say that I still think about many of you guys!:wave:

It's a trip down memory lane for me, to read this whole thread from the start up until 2012.

I'm still in the army, and doing very well. Workouts were few and far between for a while, but I got that sorted. I got really negative in the same period. About life, about people and about work. I think I have control over that as well now.

No new pictures this time, but I will be back with more updates around Christmas.

Just came by to revive this thread. Currently on my phone, so it’s a bit more difficult to add the pictures.
It has been more than ten years since I started this thread. Happy to say life is good and I’m smiling. I kind of wanted to do a before/after thing again, but the page keeps jittering around.
In the end, it doesn’t really matter.

I haven’t been lazy either :)

Excited to see if some familiar faces are still around.
