Hi!
I'm still around. Not doing anything new, just hitting the gym 4 times a week;)
I almost forgot, a few weeks ago I accomplished one of my personal goals, to benchpress my bodyweight x1,1 and squat my bodyweight x 1,25.
Benchpress was easier than expected, so I'll focus more on pull-exercises, with doing more pullups as the goal. The squats were okay, but there's still lots of room for improvement.
These weights might not seem heavy to some, but I've improved my 1rm benchpress with almost 90% since I started:D

have you read mark rippetoe's book, starting strength 2nd edition? its full of AMAZING details about the compound exercises, e.g. telling you how to use squat correctly, with pictures and more

No, but I've just ordered some books (that one too!) from amazon;)
1,5X is the new goal.
 
Chest workouts can cause shoulder pain, and is the more likely of workouts to produce them. Most chest exercises use the same muscles and encorporate the same shoulder motions as the bench press and flyes.
Are you doing bench press with a narrow grip? If so, try doing it with a wider grip.
 
Also doing bench presses with a curl grip (I know it sounds weird), is good if you have a rotator cuff injury.
This is a killer for the tricep lateral head too.

Small update.
I don't know if it shows that they are bigger than before, but some jeans and boxer briefs are definitely feeling tighter.;)

damn code! its been a while since i visited your thread. youve made great progress! me on the other hand.....well lol...i never started lifting so im just a skinny guy with little muscle lol. my arms and legs look ok. but i really need to work on the glutes and abs/chest. maybe ill find a gym soon....=) pm me sometime...

How was Krakow? There are often cheap flights to Krakow from here, I did think about going there a few times :)

That back view is damn impressive, imho you are now at exactly the right amount of muscle. Where it is really athletic but not a b******lder.

From the scars I guess that you somehow injured your lower spine? Fell bad?

It was cold, and cheap!
The scars are from a few years ago when I fought of a pack of wolves in my backyard;)

You are definately showing some good tone and the pecs are getting more definition as well.
