Coke or Pepsi?

I'll drink either. It doesn't matter to me which one I drink when available or offered...like at a bar, restaurant, friend's house, etc. I rarely will buy either at the store.

Pepsi! Back in my teens, my friend and I drank that stuff by the gallon. I'd finish two 2-litre bottles per week.

Coke has a slightly more bitter and less flavourable taste, and I didn't take it so much.

But these days I rarely take fizzy drinks, just milk and tea. Not like my Pepsi-swigging teenage years.

I like to get the Mexican version, bottled from Costco with regular sugar.

Have you tried Pepsi Throwback? It's supposed to be made with real sugar. It's not carried everywhere, but a few stores in my area stock it.

It's not that I am a fan of CC, because I don't even EVER drink any sort of soda/pop/coke/whatever-you-call-it but, this evening, I just noticed the ad for Pepsi Max, and I was somewhat shocked that Pepsi is STILL around, and with such stale campaigns.
I mean, outdated matches conservative brands like CC (and at least they put some quality and creativity to it), but Pepsi has always been that sort of "WTF-are-they-for-real?" sort of brand try too hard to attain the impossible.
So I am of those who could use some NEITHER option, if this thread had anything to do with us...

If given a choice I'll drink Coke but will drink Pepsi if it's the only one available.

It's nothing to do with taste I just decided at an early age that Coke was BBC and Pepsi was ITV

When I was a waiter, I noticed that Coke/Pepsi preferences tended to reveal social class, as did meat temperature.

I took the "Pepsi Challenge" once. I chose Pepsi. Ironically, I prefer Diet Coke but with "Pepsi Max" I get a nicer buzz. I guess my answer would be both. However, if I had to choose only one beverage, I think it would be tea.

I vote both. I don't drink any regular Pepsi/Coke anymore, just diet. But I have had equal periods of time where I was into nothing but Diet Pepsi OR nothing but Diet Coke. Both are fine. Not really a big difference in taste but I'm currently into Diet Dr. Pepper more than either.

I noticed that Pepsi drinkers fell lower on the socio-economic scale than Coke drinkers. It was too strong a trend to ignore.

Also, the rarer the meat, the richer the client. The really rich often like their meat "charred rare".

Well that's another crock of shit.......

I'm not rich but I'm not broke either and I happen to love diet Pepsi and CHARRED RAW steaks.....so.......
