Well, I used to be an avid fan of Diet Coke ... BUT; research shows that ALL carbonated beverages , even the diet ones cause so much weight gain ; that over the last year I've started to drink water with lemon.
When I drank Diet Coke; I would accept Diet Pepsi if they did not have my Diet Coke ...
However; now that I am about 55 pounds lighter ; I have to attribute part of the weigh drop to cutting out Soda Pop ... so it is strictly Water with Lemon for this guy ...
 
Actually I drink neither, but I must support Pepsi since it originated in the Carolinas.
 
Pepsi! Specifically Pepsi Max (I guess it's called Diet Pepsi in USA).
