I think part of the explanation comes from the fact that most college boys wear boxer shorts, and those don't provide much support the way tighty-whities do. If a guy has a small dick that sort of sits on top of his balls and sticks straight out, the loose boxers and mesh shorts can get kind of bunched up and keep it sticking out noticeably. Wow, your got this down to a science! lol, but some of it is true...but I can say that no boy ever wears tighty-whities anymore, those are so ugly...UGLY amd old skool! boxers are so much better and hotter. I've been away for awhile but I had to respond to your statement that tighty-whities are ugly - by saying that that depends on who's wearing them and how tight and white they are.
