I'm wondering if anyone who said it was essentially gay sex ever wrestled in junior high, high school, or college? Maybe it's just me, but when I wrestled I didn't think of it as erotic. It's an extraordinarily physical, personal sport that is man vs man with nothing else (no football, no team, no net or goal posts, nothing like that). It's very primitive man. That being said, I did once see someone get a really badly timed erection. As he was 14, though, I doubt it had anything to do with the situation and more just he happened to get one right as he was bridging... It was rather amusing, actually.

Many of them are good-looking though, and I agree with people about soccer and rugby players. I know I wouldn't mind it if they began to wrestle true Greco-Roman style, which is to say completely naked, no headgear or singlet.
