I don't know if Steve Regis was Mike's partner or not (maybe i'll do some research) but i'm pretty sure Steve's death was a heart attack and not AIDS related ! I only mention that because the OP thought that's how he'd heard his partner had passed. So it's possible they weren't partnered.

Actually man, I may have been wrong about the AIDS thing. But i am 90% sure Mike and Steve were a couple. I searched for some gay porn with Mike West but have found none. I thought he would have some nude pics with the late Steve.

It's no big deal but i remember reading a story once about the day he died and it was just so ,so sad to me . It's the only reason i remember.
I totally don't doubt that they could have been partners i just couldn't find anything that said they were it only states he was survived by his longtime partner and that's the only way it seems to be stated anywhere. It does say that he passed away in the arms of his lover. Steve was an awesome man and so is Mike from what i've seen. When i think of the kind of man i'd like to see every night someone like him is who i imagine.

Mike's real name was Tom and he was one beautiful man. I used to be online friends with when I was in College back when AOL was a thing. I ran into his profile on some muscle M4M chat room and instantly recognized him. Not a lot of men look like that and I had always had a major crush on him. Randy (Steve Regis) was his boyfriend at the time and I was in touch with Tom when Randy died. Tom sent a very touching letter to his friends (And some online friends apparently) where he described the moment Randy died. It was heart related and the whole thing sounded very sad and romantic. It seemed, if I remember correctly, that it happened while they were out on a run or some sort of exercise when Randy died...in Tom's arms.

After that, I heard from Tom less and less until he disappeared. I do know that he now lives in Palm Springs and has another Partner that he's been with for years. Randy's death was I'm sure very sad to those who knew him, but men like Tom don't stay single long.

I remember him being very sweet and not at all conceited. I enjoyed getting to know him a bit... and maybe fantasizing that maybe one day, he'll be mine. Needless to say, that never happened and probably never will but for a twenty year old college student it was plenty.
