I have intermittent problems. Sometimes the file I am trying to download goes into ********** and sometimes it doesn't. Why this is I have no idea.....maddening. I also am trying to find a solution to the problem.
 
I have been wanting to buy an account with RS but im kinda scared because I have heard of different problems from different people.
 
I had the exact same problem as RestlessOne (glad I'm not the only one!). . . anyway, after doing that for about a day or twoI got fed up, put in a dispute through PayPal for good not received. Surprisingly had a refund like in a day.
 
I had a problem and wrote an email to the support area. They did respond and what I was doing is trying to download from **********.de and not **********.com where I do have an account.

Also, you might try to clear out your cache files in your browser sometimes that will make a difference.
 
I have exactly the same problem as 'seagulls'
Was working fine then zilch..won't connect to the site
HELP!
