Comcast Tech Dude Caught Me

Tech dude came out today to check Internet signal.

He had to swap out the modem.

He clicked on my address drop-down and guess what came up in history...

World Famous Gay Forums...
Naked Men, Photos, Nude Gay men...

Oops, I forgot to clear my history this morning.

He exited out of it and just typed a web address in.

I guess this proves at least one of two things:

A. He's straight
B. I'm not his type

When I moved into my current place, the Time Warner dude needed to get onto my computer to set up something or another for my innerwebz. I had a photo of a hot dude on a motorcycle as my desktop. I blushed.

A friend of mine got it on with a tech dude and a few months later with a FedEx delivery man.

I hate him.

I wonder how many single women get serviced by these guys.

My browser wipes my history every time I exit.

I've honestly never even used the history function, except for a few times when it keeps a temporary history while I'm actively using the program. IE: if I close a tab I didn't mean to.

I'd suggest you do the same if you find the history more of a bother than not.

As another option, set up a separate "guest" user account and let your drop-bys "Oh, can I just check my email?" people use that one.

I'm sure it's nowhere near as crazy as some of the other stuff he has seen on other customers computers. Probably just another day in the life of the cable guy.

This is where the problem lies - when the priority is getting your modem fixed instead of humping the tech guy! He obviously got the vibe that he wasn't your main interest!
