Complain: Australian police now are too busy collecting money

Telstra, I'll defend you when the JUB mavens attack you but I have no sympathy for you in this thread. I think you've been watching those dopey 6.30 infotainment shows on Channel 7 and 9 which push the same selfish attitude.

Cars are killers.

...I make this thread so i can hear about other Australians getting fined by the police.
Where are they ?

Darling boy - most of us recognise that when we are fined, we had it coming, and we try to avoid breaking the law and placing ourselves into the path of the police, and it is always with incredulity that I hear of people claiming to feel so utterly overwhelmed and flustered by meeting a police officer that they ended up accidentally committing a crime, right in front of the police officer.

I understand your feelings, but think that your premise that police focus on raising revenue as a priority is unfounded. I am among those who are happy to discuss the short-comings of the police forces of the world, but this time I have to say, you are on your own, little buddy. But all the best when you appear before the SM or JP to explain that the officer got it wrong - you were eating an apple. ..|

NEVER LISTEN TO A ONE SIDED STORY AND JUDGE.

Okay Tellsall....

we does beliefs you to the max...

I quote you again..."
NEVER LISTEN TO A ONE SIDED STORY AND JUDGE."

I agree with the premise that policemen's time is being wasted on unimportant matters (such as chasing small-time drug-users) but I say again that speeding cars driven by careless drivers are a greater danger to human beings.
