ConfederateNazi hurts NativeAmerican Verbally

I'm so glad that shit is illegal up here. I listened only to the point where he called the woman a 'hybrid'. I'd already had enough. For the life of me, I can't understand how that crap could possibly be acceptable, and I can't understand how any constitution could allow it.

It's best to let these fuckwits air thier moronic views. That way, everyone else can see just how staggeringly fucking stupid they are. The far right is on the rise again in Europe precisely because they've been banned from saying what they want. It forced them to reassess thier situation and they've rebranded themselves as ethno-nationalsts as opposed to out and out nazis. Suits instead of skinheads and DM's. Very fuckin' sneeky so they are, and I find them far scarier than the usual knuckle-dragging cretins that you come to expect from neo-nazism.

Isn't the swastika banned from from Germany?

Not sure, but it's interesting that over 400,000 Americans died fighting against it in WW2. Their deaths seem hardly to have meant anything at all.

I think the swastika was made to be illegal to be flown as should the confederate one... The civil war was our worst war in terms of lives lost and people hurt and what we were fighting to end is a serious matter. Both the civil war and WW2 involved horrifying degrading treatment of living breathing human beings.

I think a film about the harshness and cruelty of American slavery and the aftermath such as the Jim Crow Laws should be made.. but more importantly I think a film should be released about the holocaust that would be just as graphic as The Passion Of Christ. It should be graphic in being murdered in different ways such as being burned alive in ovens. I dont think people realize the seriousness. I had a friend in school carry a swastika on his jeans and he stated it was his German pride and threatened to sue the school for discrimination regarding his German heritage.. I really didnt know how to argue with something like that. In October of 2008 A kid was suspended for putting a confederate logo on his belt buckle arguing it was heritage as his great uncle fought for slavery in the civil war. People are really that stupid. A film like that would really change people's views! I watched Anne Frank the movie in 2002 in grade school and i cried when Margo didnt wake up and Anne was crying over her dead sister's body. Something WAY more extreme would literally tear at people's emotions.

Flying the swastika is banned in Germany, Austria and a couple of other countries in mainland Europe. It shouldn't be, my reasoning being illustrated by my previous post. These people, like most people on the right, actively seek out victim status. Best not to give it to them.

I guess I can see where you stand. That is a good idea to just let them.. but at the same time should we allow them to broadcast those flags all over their lawn and soon other people start doing it?

Read up on kennewick man and other evidence. Whites emigrated across the bearing straight some 17,000 to 19,000 years ago. The earliest forensic evidence indicates possibly 22'000 yrs ago. Asiatic tribes"native americans" came here 9.000 yrs ago and kennewick man artifacts disappeared soon after. My conclusion is people take other peoples shit unless they are well armed.

If we start banning the ''early warning signs'' then what good does that do anyone?

I am all for Nazi's, Republicans, The Nation of Islam , and other assholes being given as much of an audience as will gather. If all someone has to preach is the hatred of someone. just because they draw a breath,I think people should give them a few moments of their life.

What good does it do? Well, for one thing, it at least gives some consideration to the people to whom all the bullshit hatred is aimed and doesn't take away or diminish their own rights.

Every time some religious right group in the US says a few words against gay people, this forum (or at least a thread or two about it) erupts in emotion and condemn the people who said it and wish something would be done to stop it. . . and then they turn around and defend it in another thread by saying those people have the right to say whatever they want.

You can't have it both ways. You can't claim Freedom of Speech one moment and then blast people for utilising that freedom the next moment.

Hatred breeds more hatred, and hatred leads to nothing good. If more people defended the rights of the people to whom this hatred is aimed rather than defending the rights of the people who spout that hatred, the country would be a different place now.

Constitutional rights should be for all of the time and for all of the people. No constitutional right should ever be used to deny someone of another constitutional right. If it does, there is something wrong and it should be fixed.

All topics like this cause unnecessary arguments for the attention-seeking.
Let people say and display what they like. Just because YOU don't understand it or don't like it, doesn't mean people can't express themselves.
I should stand outside your house with a damn Confederate Flag just because I know it'd tick you off. But, it'd give you plenty of attention, mostly from your neigbors, which you obviously seek.

This is precisely why we must preserve Freedom of Speech. Banning this type of speech is what the freedom is meant to prevent. Freedom of Speech applied only to speech we like is useless.

That said, I don't fear these people in the least. Despite the fact that you hear about them they are far from on the rise in the U.S. Here they are viewed as extreme and are largely fringe. The far left and far right extremes always advocate dangerous ideas but the vast majority of people avoid them as they should. They may seem to be more vocal due to our freedoms here but they're not seen as legitimate political alternatives for most.

How is being too far on the left considered dangerous?
