I confess that I find 11 'Sticky' threads at the top of the Hot Topics front page a bit much.

Toss the 'abandoned' pop threads in the archives of the Fun and Games forum, and re-link to them/it here.

There are important threads in that area that shouldn't be lost in the muck.

Don't feel bad. When I start to demo my parents' house, I am doing the basement bathroom first that has salmon-colored walls, brown tiles and brass fixtures. Talk about 80s! A good 10k flushed down the pooper .

I confess that I don't know how "subscribed threads" exactly work. Not that I have been paying particular attention, but it seems I will be subscribed to certain threads that I posted in...while I won't be for others. And I seem to be subscribed to some threads a lot longer than others, and I get subscribed and unsubscribed with a rhyme or reason.

Despite doing it - and knowing the health benefits etc - whenever any one tells me I must be pleased with having quit smoking or must be happy I just want to punch them in the throat. I quit because I lost my job and ran out of money. Not for any other reason. I've never been good at doing things I percieve myself being "forced" to do.

It's exactly the same for me. If there's a way to stop the site from not automatically subscribing you, I've never bothered to poke in the CP enough to uncheck it. So my e-mail linked with my JUB account will just randomly get updates from threads that no one's looked at in ages sometimes. I don't get it.

I, too, must confess that I'm rather curious to know why, if the old '2013 edition' threads are locked and linked in the new '2014 edition' threads, that they're now 'stickies' at the top of the page?

Ok my new year party was typical but a day afterwards wasn't.

This shitty apartment threw spiteful malicious warrant to whom-ever parked on free parking lot spot that on JANUARY 1st..8 am in the morning, all vehicles must be OUT and the parking lot MUST be emptied because they doing a stormwearther drain maintenance- something..cleaning debris (and dog poops) around parking lot
or else...
will get towed

but the timing was great: January 1st 8 am, WHO on earth woke up that time?

Lucky me, I set my alarm earlier at night- just be cautious with that warrant..so I woke 6 am- tipsy!
and there you go..



a guy from leasing office, he sticking pamphlet to unfortunate cars which will get towed..and and..I saw a bunch of "hungry" towing trucks parked next to them. HOLY JEZZUS! and then I just grab my car ASAP and flew to the safest spot possible...before my car got the ultimatum. A LOT OF CARS get towed!!- These poor people..
As long Im living in State I realize that this is one of way of government getting money from civilian..it seemed innocent but the intention is malicious

I used to drink a few of those during college night classes. Sadly, they are now banned in MA and in a few other states too.

Is it wrong to want to have a spooning buddy and not do anything sexual?
