Confirmed - Manafort Working for Russia

To not have known about what?

E.g. someone met with a Russian diplomat.

Or met with a Russian diplomat but denied it?

Even Pelosi did that:

Photo contradicts Pelosi's statement about not meeting Kislyak

The Dems and MSM are losing what little credibility they have left by peddling the new McCarthyism. They are guaranteeing a second term for President Trump.

Would be better for the Dems if they just admitted they lost the election due to their own failings and started the process of rebuilding. Will they ever do that?

Clueless.

At the end of the day...this isn't about losing an election.

This is about Americans getting foreign players to help throw an election. That is the crime here.

And that isn't the main concern about all of this.

It was having TrumpCo. willing to sell out Crimea and to bend the US to the will of Putin and some Russian oligarchs at the expense of healthy western liberal democracy.

This is no new McCarthyism. This is an attempt to beat back an utterly naked and brazen attempt to compromise the security of America and Europe by Putin and his criminal henchmen.

Just saw Rep. Nunes truly act in a wretchedly political way to give fig leaf of a cover to Trump's wiretapping allegations. No reason to do what he just did... he should be removed from the intelligence committee after this unprofessional, blatantly partisan stunt.
Your hypocrisy is showing. You are upset that Nunes reveals agencies listen in on Trump associates, but have no problem with unnamed FBI "officials" speculating what the associates may "possibly" have done.

After suffering defeat, the Democrats could:

a) Admit they had no message having lost touch with ordinary people, had a war mongering, arrogant and over-confident candidate, who ran a bad campaign, and then, having admitted their failings, work to change and rebuild.

b) Desperately blame all their failings on 'Russians under the bed' conspiracy theory.

They opted for b).

Quelle surprise.

Are investigators not allowed to speculate about the actions of potential criminals now?

Best I can tell they are doing both.

James Comey has already explained that the FBI was monitoring the Russian Ambassador's communications. Despite his earlier denials Mike Flynn (deservedly) was exposed communicating with the Russian Ambassador during that monitoring. FBI surveillance of the Russian Ambassador was not a result of Trump being wiretapped.

And the incidental collection of information on the TrumpCo. team is only because of their communications with not only the ambassador, but other players as well.

The obvious reason for leaking it anonymously on a "may" and "possibly" basis is that the leaker does not expect ever to have actual proof of the allegation.

As opposed to tweating about things that are immediately repudiated by your own senators?

Lets not forget who made such "incidental" surveillance legal.
