Confused about daddy issues

So, a friend of mine kind of share pron vids every now and then. He's a friend, not a FWB and we're not weird on each other. Possibly also he's not my type, I'm not his type. We just vibe on a lot of things.

He noticed my "collection" is about 75% "daddy" type gay porn stars. He says I have daddy issues. Does it mean feel attraction to my dad? Cause the thought has never crossed my mind at all. Your friend doesn't seem to distinguish between a "fetish" and an "issue".

A fetish is something unique that turns you on.

An issue is when you something is interfering with your life or is preventing you from attaining the things that you desire.

If you posted here saying that you cannot have relationships with anyone other than "Daddy types" or that you keep making bad choices because you're picking sex partners or dating partners based upon a resemblance to your own father... well, then that might constitute an issue.

Unless your interest in Daddy porn is somehow interfering with the rest of your life, then it is an issue. If not, it's just a fetish. Sometimes fetishes are permanent. Sometimes they are a phase.

In the meantime, enjoy it for what it is.

I don't watch twinky porn either. It kind of creeps me out when porn studios are making their actors look way underage. It gets worse when they are obviously going after a pervy incest vibe. I get worried about just what their intentions are. Plus, I like men, with hair and stuff.
 
I'm predominantly attracted to the 'hairy' type of body. I have also been slightly put off by some of the porn that sensualizes the man/boy sexual relationship within a family construct.
I don't think having an obvious attraction to a physical body-type indicates sexual concerns within a family dynamic.
