LOL according to the story, the 46yo married congressman tried to pass himself off as a 39yo, single lobbyist....what a dumb f*@k......but he is hot ;)

His district isn't too far from Eric Massa, the DEMOCRAT who just got caught recently, so I guess it's all types who do "shit like this".

I agree, he is certainly HOT. I'd love to do him.

Eric Massa wasn't out trying to police people's bodies through legislation. The point is this other guy is a hypocrite on a number of levels. Massa's just a closet case.

He's hot, but the anti-gay sort of kills it.

My thoughts exactly ... but even so, he deserves a *|* for that pic, he's hot. I hope something comes out later that he hooked up with a guy. He deserves to have his picture on JUB!! :)

Well said. There's idiots in both parties but it's beautiful when hypocracy is exposed.

Also, there's the fact that the party itself is the "family values" party. Democrats aren't out there in large numbers saying people should and shouldn't exhibit certain behaviors and influencing large factions of the population into believing that their moral code is the only acceptable norm. I really don't get how certain people can't grasp that, especially members of the gay community.

An interesting note is that family values platform and tea bag affiliation is totally his undoing. Politicians have been busted doing much worse over the years and fully recovered, Clinton comes to mind of course. But this guy based his whole career on preaching family values.

He couldn't try even pull off a fake rehab thing to get out of this one. The "I was doing research on this horrible thing that I do" has been used up too. It sucks for his family but fuck that guy.

Holy Toledo! He can top me while spouting Republican rhetoric in the middle of it hehe.

He looks so adorable here

Democrats are out there saying people should and shouldn't exhibit certain behaviors all the time ie. no plastic bags, no Happy Meal, and God forbid someone says Merry Christmas, etc, etc. Most of this is just blown off and not considered in the same light as people trying to get others to uphold the morality based on their religious beliefs. It just isn't as spectacular seeing Al Gore fly around on a private jet after telling everyone to ride a bike to work, as it is when Ted Haggerd fills his time between sermons with a trick and pile of methamphetamine.

So you're inconvenienced at the grocery store because you need to bring your own bag instead of polluting the environment? Oh fucking god! The travesty!

You're right, that's totally on the same level as institutionalized racism and homophobia.

Really? The democrats run entire platforms on trying to stop people from saying Merry Christmas? This platform is happening on a national level? There are current proposals being written with an attempt to get them in the books to stop this from happening?

Al Gore flying around on a private jet IS hypocritical, but I don't recall the last time his preaching or beliefs were used to propagate extreme viewpoints that have led to the continued oppression of a specific group or groups of people through the legislative process while not applying to other segments of society.

And about your Happy Meal and plastic bag point? First of all, again, this isn't part of the democratic platform, but yes it IS happening in certain locations, BUT and this is a big BUT, if it does become illegal for the use of plastic bags or happy meals (and it won't) the laws will apply EVENLY to all different cultural groups in this melting pot. There won't be a clause that says "Everyone must refrain from the use of plastic bags and happy meals, except of course, white people."

Republicans and Democrats both want rules for society. The difference is that Republicans want rules that apply only to minorities that they don't like with the sole purpose of oppression out of spite while they live however they choose.

I had something to say, but why bother..I'm not going to change anyone's opinion. There are points to be made on both sides. That's all I'll contribute.

My point was more that both parties are hypocritical and engaged in their own social engineering agenda. I was not being a proponet of the Republican social polices. So unwad those panties.
