What could be causing this and what can I do about it? It kind of bugs me. Someone told me that I am probably low on potassium and needed to eat a banana, which I did, twice, but no luck. I am sleeping a lot, so insomnia isn't causing it. I wear glasses when I am on my laptop or phone or looking at any kind of screen too, so I don't know what could be causing this. Just about to stick Botox in my eyelid and call it a day (kidding, but I heard that helps people with constant blepharospasm). What can/should I do?

If you google eye twitching, you will find a lot about it. It usually goes away. Caffein can be a cause.

Hopefully, the usual crap - your eyes are tired. Maybe you spend too much time watching a screen (pc, tablets, tv too close etc). But if it doesn´t go away soon, see a doctor. Nothing to lose.

What can/should I do?

It's called myokymia. There's quite a number of "cures" but the truth is that it usually just goes away on its own.

What does usually help is to rest your eyes- if nothing else, it makes it less annoying. So after you read this, stop reading JUB and go rest.

It goes away. Caffeine gave me this problem a few times along with staring at my phone for long periods of time.

Sleep helps.
