Leaked audio of TX inmates discussing the arrival of Josh Duggar to their prison. Apparently the guards asked them to "tidy the place up." Because... you want it to look nice when a child porn monster arrives? Of course this would happen in Texabamaflorissippi where heterosexual sex offenders have higher social status than homosexuals in adult, consesual relationships.

I'm only sharing the video in case anyone's curious, I don't want to because it's a lazy sloppy upload. They didn't edit the audio, there's a few minutes where the inmates are talking about baseball or some schitt. That's not the tea. ](*,)

Unless they have him in segregation I don’t think his future in prison is going to be that fun

He's a white republican in the south, that pod is gonna be his personal club. Lockdown every time he comes out of his cell to shower. Meals brought to his cell. Rec room to himself. It's gonna be club med for him. The rules are different in Louisiarkantexas.

He probably learned it from his dad. That whole family is so messed up.

They’re part of the quiverfull movement. Google it and you’ll see what’s wrong with Josh.

let me brace myself for the cringe....

Did you get to the part where they teach obedience from the time the kids are crawling? They’ll put them on a blanket and every time the child puts a hand off the blanket they get spanked. Spare the Rod and spoil the child.

They’re Mormons on crack

I wasn't braced yet! :spank: That is sick! Spanking in general is so outdated and anti-science, Christians really are the only ones still preaching "Using your child as a human kickball is the best way to raise them." Which is ironic cuz kids who grew up in church often turn into some of the wildest teens and adults.

But that is legit disturbing, that's not even discipline that's torture.

At mark 2:30, the inmate clearly responds that it wasn't that they were cleaning it up for Duggar, but that "she didn't know that somebody else might come through."

A third grader could ascertain that the warden or some other administrator was concerned that a celebrity prisoner might get some kind of press or other coverage that could make the prison look bad, or even fail some audit from the system.

But, go ahead and characterize it as rampant racism that permeates the very stones and bars of the prison, 'cuz we all know how great white prisoners got it.

JUB's approved brand of bigotry. Never change.

rampant racism in the prison system? whoever heard of such a thing? :rotflmao: there's no such thing as bigotry against white men, if there were you'd have civil rights groups like women, LGBT and ethnic minorities do. if the recognition of longstanding and well-documented white supremacy and privilege in the judicial system is the WORST form of "bigotry" you have to face, let me tell ya brotha, I AM CONCORD JELLY!

Funny how we haven’t seen the same interest in this ‘white guy goes to jail’ thread as we do for the ‘black guy goes to jail’ threads

The veil for this racist microaggression is so thin a gust of wind might cause it to tear. As someone who takes sex crimes very seriously and has been working in this field for several years it feels like the worst kind of mockery. Using victims they never cared about as props. I never knew someone else's suffering could be so.... useful? I'm tempted to start asking for volunteers to help me with some projects that offer support for victims and demand harsher punishments from the courts since everybody's suddenly so interested in these stories.

R Kelly urinated on a 15 year old girl on video 20 years ago. His incarceration isn't justice, it's proof positive that our govt, judicial system and police are criminally incapable of protecting black people from even the most heinous crimes.

And then Josh... I dunno what more can be said about these conservative Christians who are deviants behind closed doors. The irony of them constantly wailing on LGBT and preaching "protect the kids." Boy oh boy. There were a lot of republicans who cozied up to him which makes me wonder if maybe they were exchanging illegal content. You know what birds of a feather do.... Of course someone will interpret that as "Oh so lock up everyone who ever took a picture with him?" No. But I'm damn sure not gonna let them babysit my kids. If I can be perfectly honest, people who go into hysterics over the prosecution of sex crimes and turn into online defense attorneys when their favorite rapper or athlete is accused are a huge red flag.

Dear Mr. Jelly, you seem to be selective in your evasion of facts. Whereas I have no knowledge of R. Kelly as an artist, I did read about him in response to JUB's covering his trial.

These are facts, and certainly not as banal as you present here:

Mr. Kelly married a 15-year-old, illegally, after having paid his minion to create or procure a false ID for his bride-to-be because he was fully aware he was marrying a 15-year-old.

Whether I think they should have been allowed to marry or not, it was illegal, and known to be illegal, and not done openly as a protest or a test case to reform the law. It was done in secret, to avoid damage to the brand, or even prosecution.

Other than that, there seems to have been a string of gold-digging bimbos who did whatever with him as underage girls and then sued him when they thought they could get some dosh out of him. How unusual is that? Not.

And law enforcement does indeed seem to have hounded the man. He was demonized for doing what almost every rap star and rock star has done for the last 60 years, when able, which is fuck his way through the herd after singing to them. And that does seem hypocritical to prosecute, as we idolize and lionize these whoring rebels in polyester, fully knowing that it is part of the culture.

So, we agree that R. Kelly is a victim of the dual standards, as white rock stars are rarely charged for these same actions.

But, I also agree with the Depraved one. This is a political topic and belongs there.

Opening post lacks appropriate introduction. Thread Closed.

This is a baiting thread and therefore ineligible for posting in CE&P. The subject seems to relate to treatment of prisoners and one specific inmate in particular; however, the introduction fails to explain why that person is a special interest, nor does it offer a basis upon which to develop a discussion or explain why the topic may be of interest to other members.
