Ok, I was lifting and drinking a bunch of protein to "recover." I cut back on the protein stuff. That said, I have become comfortable with my body....sorry, your pic has been taken down. Like, we should all work to our potential, but beyond that I cannot go. Weight is a measure of gravity. If I got to my actuarial chart mandated 172, I would look really gaunt, I think. Best feedback is when you're naked in bed, and not alone..... :)
