to give you some practical perspective....

You have an awesome body and don't need to be concerned. You have longer muscles so to bulk up or cut, it will be more difficult. I am 5'9" and weigh 170 on average. Sometimes I can go as high as 190 depending on lifting and protein intake. But I have a medium-large frame for my height, shorter muscles. It's easier for me to bulk up and get cut.

It sounds like and looks to me what you are looking for is some added definition in your muscles.
You could stand to work your shoulders and forearms a little more and to also cut down on some of the protein intake. Try raw vegan protein and decrease your cardio to 30 min every other day. Also, drink more water and don't over stuff when you eat. Pace your meals out to 6 small meals a day and work your abs every other day with a variety of methods. That should add some definition and flush the excess water weight out.

At nearly 5'5", and at about 164lb., if ROUND is considered a "Shape", then, Yeah!, I'm in it! :badgrin: :slap:

YOU are doing FAR Better than most of "Us" are! Trust me on that one! (group)

I got shot in Afghanistan. Ak-47 round hit my vest and that is what lasted. Granted at the time my entire abdominal was bruised. But I do a lot of running races and endurance races. And I can't even come up with good forearm or shoulder workouts.
