Using causal logic, we can have the following conclusions:
Theory 1) All if not most of the models are straight and 'gay for pay'.
Theory 2) All if not most of the models are gay and 'straight for pay'
Theory 3) All of the models are various degrees of bisexuals and are neither gay or straight for pay.
Theory 4) They are a mix of gay, straight and bisexual men who gay or straight for pay depending on their sexual orientation.

So, what theory do you think is right?

I don't know why you're limiting you inquiry to Corbin Fisher. The question is equally valid for Sean Cody Randy Blue, 247, and all those other sites that purport to show 'straight guys having gay sex'.
I think the 'rate limiting step' in this process is the decision to do porn at all. I think it's extremely appealing to some guys with otherwise dismal economic prospects. I think that's how Bel Ami got its models, most of whom are primarily straight, back in the 90s. Also, the guys who model for these sites were raised on-line, have probably been looking at porn for most of their lives, so it isn't quite so taboo for them.
It has been suggested that these guys could do straight porn, but that's not really an option as most straight porn companies pay straight male models next to nothing.

In a recent program on UK's BBC about the porn industry, models interviewed said that they are willing to do 'gay', 'bi' and 'straight' sex. The implication being that guys you see in porn movies are in it for the money and they will go where the cash takes them.
An 'actor' who is prepared to perform 'across the board' is not necessarily gay or straight but doubtless 100% gay men who are not actors will not want straight sex and the opposite applies so far as straight men are concerned,surely?

None. There's no money for men in straight porn. There's no shortage of straight men willing to perform simply to get laid.

They much more common in Europe, I believe.
In the past, it was much more preferable for gay men to do straight men because it was more profitable for them.
And just because straight porn male pornstars are not superstars, doesn't mean they're not making the big bucks.

I think the reason he's limiting his inquiry to Corbin Fisher is that virtually all of the models who have sex with men on video at Corbin Fisher also have sex with women. That's not true for Sean Cody or Randy Blue.
In theory, it would be possible for the models on Sean Cody or Randy Blue to be having exactly the kind of sex that their orientation points them toward, but that's not really possible for the CF guys. (Especially if, like me, you're not really convinced that "bisexual" is an orientation for men.)

No, it makes perfect sense. Think about it: at least 95% of the adult male population his heterosexual. Ostensibly a good portion of them would like to have sex with Jenna Jamison, or a woman who looks like her. So straight producers have no difficulty finding guys who want to perform. I would think that he has enough money to buy light bulbs considering the high monthly fee.
