Cormac was only kidding about being in India???? I'm crestfallen.
 
I guess there's a real wideness in what people want of the forum. There are times when multiple members start threads, and some are interesting.

But in truth, participation is so low vs. the lurking, that it's disheartening for almost all thread starters.

It's not so difficult to see why some members create just anything to at least shatter the starkness of the silence around here.

In truth, many of my threads are just sharing things I've found interesting or amusing on the web, so not exactly Hot Topics, but they were appealing to me.

Creating a fiction is a matter of discretion. I agree with the observer who doesn't think all members understand that the fictions are fictions.

With the obvious cross reference to your back yard thread, I don't find anything I posted in there as insulting. Plagiarism is a different matter than fiction, and contrary to your statements in that thread, you made no such declaration in your OP there.

It's a shame to drag it into this thread. That was a separate topic. But, I cannot apologize for an insult I never made.
 
I can't believe that any of you care so much about the verity of anything said or shared on HT. I am here to be educated, amused and emotionally aroused. I am never going to meet any members so let them post what they want.

I love Cormac's threads as I am amused by unloadonme's evaluations.

As far as I know you could all be 80 yr old grannies pretending to be 25 yr old gay boys. It is the Internet, relax and enjoy yourselves.
 
Who can take Cormac seriously?

From the first day I sensed something odd between Cormac and belamo, so naturally I assumed them for being the same person. But I still believe Cormac is one of the mods. And this is internet, some lie and some don't. At least Cormac is nice, so that's why I like some of his threads.

So let the games continue, this is a gay forum after all.

I've always thought of education as having some correspondence with verity.
 
I am a Mod, sadly on one of Bryce's other sites and not here.

I can assure some of you that if i was a Mod here you'd know all about it.
