the next day was sunny, and we decided to find the historical trail and follow it through the middle of the woods. the starting point made it clear that it's dangerous territory for drag queens!

but the warning is justified, the path is steep, the forest floor moist .. and there are some spike traps along the way

but it is beautiful:

We were mostly alone. That wasn't a usual trail, something more "offroad", that's why there is that warning sign, too. It goes down and up quite steep, sometimes you have to climb over fallen trees etc. There is one part where you follow a street for some time and pass a very old water mill with a nice cafe/restaurant. All the motorbikers seem to stop there that was quite funny

When we got home again we relaxed a bit and went into woods at dawn again, hoping to see some animals .. but non were to be seen. Probably because we were slightly drunk and not that silent

The next day we went to visit the Triberg Waterfalls - one of the highest waterfalls in Germany:

I totally love that it's not just a huge drop (like the Rhinefall in Schaffhausen, pics were posted in another thread) but many small drops in a cascade
But that also means that there is no way to get them all in one pic.

As you can see, the light was really beautifull

Some pics from Hamburg or to be precise, the famous Reeperbahn in St. Pauli. Quality not that great because it there wasn't much light, I didn't have good lenses with me and no tripod.
