Could you give up the internet for a week?

I probably could if I had a good reason. Like, if I had something more constructive to do that required more of my time. But just giving it up just for the sake of nothing, that's pointless. I would probably just spend the extra time watching more television, which isn't any more constructive than this.

But no, I NEED the internet. I'm nearly always on it - I wish I could give it up but the amount of hours I spend on the internet actually doing nothing is ridiculous!
