I've tried edging, I've tried holding it to the point where its completely not coming out until I let go. I still get the same results.

ok what I've found is, edging combined with a long wait period. So like edge 3 or 4 times a day, go to sleep do it again the next day. I have to agree with Brandon. Is it really worth it to wait 2 weeks or a month just to shoot farther and have a bigger orgasm? The only practical suggestions seem to be the Kegal exercises*. Well this is how I heard or what you are suppose to do.

1. You jerk off, continue doing this like you would normally do.

2. When you feel you're about to climax slow down.... Make sure that you don't jerk off to the point where you cum cause then it will be over with and you'll already have wasted a good amount of cum.

3. Let your dick get soft, then stroke your cock slow, keep doing this for as long as you can. You can do this for hours and hours. Continue to try the methods 1 and 2 then slow down, you have to stop jerking off each time you feel you about to climax.

4. Then when you think you're ready, jack off and try to do it as fast as possible. When you do that sometimes the climax will be better sometimes it won't.
