Well, it's prob. not "cum," as in sperm. More likely it is pre-cum. I don't know why this would happen, however. Do you become aroused before going to the bathroom? This would explain it maybe.

Guys omg it's nothing out of the norm and there is nothing wrong with him. It's just some people have more of a sensitive prostate than others. If Im not mistaken it's the same thing as cumming without touching yourself.
