Sounds like you're emitting some prostatic fluids because of interabdominal pressure. There are some therapies where the prostate is deliberately (and rather forcefully) massaged to encourage fluid removal when there's an infection, swelling, or other such condition, and that massage sometimes results in involuntary fluid emission.

You're probably fine; but since I'm not a doctor of medicine, discussing with a physician couldn't hurt. As mentioned in other posts, it's a natural response to pressure being applied to the prostate. In the field of medicine (not my core field) it's healthy to release prostatic fluid, as a buildup of fluid has been linked to prostate cancer. Note, that prostate fluid is not the same as cowper's secretion, which takes on a clear/glassy appearance. Prostatic fluid alone may be milky, thick or cloudy and gives semen it's milky appearance. Another example: you're body will also naturally expel excess fluids during or after urination if you have not ejaculated for an extended period of time. You're body can only hold so much of these fluids, therefore they will either be released or absorbed into the bloodstream.
