No penis is completely straight. There's always a bit of angle- either to the side or downward. The question is "How much?".

If the curvature appears suddenly or it's so severe that it interferes with sex, then we recommend seeing a urologist to have it evaluated. Otherwise, it would just be considered a normal variation.

As for whether the angle enhances anal sex, the answer is that angle doesn't really change sensation although some guys are turned on visually by curved dicks.
