Dad Update

Today is my father's 66th birthday.

Mum and I clubbed together to get him a satnav.

From the Ipswich Hospital NHS Trust, he got a "highly suspicious lesion" on his sigmoid colon.

Fuck.

He's got an appointment with the consultant on the 21st.

If we tell her over the phone, she's just gonna drive 70 miles in a panic. Dad doesn't want that.

She's coming home next weekend. He's planning on telling her than.
