Trying to upload a simple word doc or photoshop and keep getting "invalid file." ?????
 
Not sure how to help there. I've only uploaded .png or .jpg files and they've worked every time. Never tried any other file.

Well, first things first. I also hope he is okay. Secondly, I don't think anyone "repeatedly demanded" anything, considering he offered. I was just wondering what happened because it had been a while.
 
Shot yourself in the foot there as "asking" and "demanding" are two different things. It's why they use two different words to describe them.
