I see, its actually the same guy in both except just one they photoshopped a mustache on, but it all still looks doctored lol

Yep, it's a double photoshop - someone's photoshopped Steve Carrell's head onto the picture, then someone else has photoshopped a moustache onto it - very odd.....

If you look closely, it's on both his ears, so I'm guessing they're bluetooth headphones and he's listening to music while working out.
