:cry: Me too! Just caught the bug yesterday! I too was smug about the whole thing...watching co-workers living in misery the past few weeks and feeling like my immune system was made out of titanium. Oh...but it's not! So here I lay, looking forward to a week (or two???) of being a weak human being coughing my head off and blowing the crap outta my nose...and NOT feeling like going to the gym (and just a few more weeks before I get home to my baby...I wanted to be in the best shape I could be in)...oh well. I feel your pain...literally! (*8*)
 
So far I'm all right, but at some point I will get the cold. It always happens.

Chicken soup fellas, stay comfortable and have your hankies handy. Get well soon. ;)
 
I don't have a cold, but it did snow yesterday for the first time this year. That's close enough.

Winter is coming :(
 
I'm not suffering yet, but as sure as the days get shorter and the nights get colder, I will develope a cold. However I have found that regular washing of my hands cuts down on the number of colds I get dramatically.

You boys must have jinxed me. I saw this thread and thought "Naah, I'm feeling much better." Phooey! Now the fam is back with whatever virus they brought back from Aruba and I feel like I'm on my death bed... again.

Well I have a strange cough but that's the way it usually starts.
 
i got a bit of a cold, or what's left of it.
Bummer, got it last Friday, which made me worried i might not make it to the B&B. But a few , err, special vitamins during the big party made it all go away.. lol. :P

however it came back to haunt me. Those colds, they just never know when to quit.
 
Wow, I am so sorry that you guys are already suffering from colds/flu!

It's still warm here in Las Vegas; and it doesn't usually get real cold here anyway............thank goodness!

I always get the flu shot here and it seems to help prevent me and mine from getting anything really, really bad!

We all hope all of you suffering will drink plenty of fluids and get plenty of bed-rest............and hang in there JUBBERS!(*8*) (*8*) :kiss: :kiss:
 
I think we dropped 30 degrees overnight here in NYC. I saw that Buffalo broke its record for snowiest October.

And of course, I think I'm getting a cold. Thank God I have some homemade chicken soup in the freezer.
