Yes, I agree too. Get him out of your mind. I had a couple of similar experiences with Russians. Waste of time and a lot of heartache.

And do you guys know many Russians? Lumping them all together because you've met "two" is pretty limited for a database. I've dated several and for the most part, I remember they were very sweet guys, just unfamiliar with how Americans see things. Being from Russia, of course, they see things differently (what a surprise!), but then Americans tend to look for others to meet THEIR expectations. (No wonder that, for 30 years after WWII, they referred to US as 'the Ugly Americans.' And we sure were!)
I could as easily lump together 100 White guys (American) I've dated and say waste of time, too. Hardly enlightened perspectives here...
