Hey Everyone,

It has been quite a while since I have posted anything on here but I was wondering if anyone else has ever thought of dating as video game. Unfortunately I don't mean cause you can do it over and over and have tons of fun either lol.... I am referring to the way that it seems to get more difficult as if you are going up in levels or something. Here is my personal and brief history of dating.

When I first came out and went online to talk to other guys like me I was turning down guys left and right becuase I wasn't yet ready to actually go out with another man on a date. Then once I had become more comfortable I would talk with guys online for like a week or two, they would ask me out we would go. Then men started to disapear within like a day if a date was turned down or I didnt ask them out. It used to be once you had a guys phone number whether he was from online or not (not all the men I am refering too came from online) you were golden.

But now guys can contact you first, show interest, give you their number without being asked and commit to wanting to hangout and then they just stop talking to you. End of story no excuses nothing. They just treat you as if you never have existed. So this is why I have begun to equate dating to a video game the levels keep going up and actually making it out on a date means beating the next level. What do you guys think? ](*,)

You are totally RIGHT! I have never thought about dating in this context... but you are totally RIGHT

Dating isn't like a video game at all.

Dating is a like a job interview. You're essentially selling yourself as a romantic prospect to the other person. Vice versa with him to you.

Id dating was a video game I'd have had HI SCORE by now and the knobs wouldn't be referred to as L3.

well its certainly like a video game, especially when u like playing with joysticks
