Dave Mate!

they will end up fucking eachother! im not sayin its predictable but u can tell through both their emotions!! cant wait!! i want more!!!!!!

JAG,

This was such an intriguing chapter. Matt certainly has more knowledge and care about the tribe then he has let on in the past. The idea that Dave is represented by the ruru in the poem brings me to think that all these events began to happen after he found the ruru dead. I wonder if where the paths meet could be where the ruru is buried. But, now, there is another mysterious person arriving at the meeting house just after Matt and Dave have witnessed the pitoitoi. This is really becoming a mystery.

And because of all this intrigue I have become voraciously hungry and need to go fix myself some marmite and cheese on toast...... And, maybe I will call Ra and see if he is hungry as well........

Craiger

Great, Jag. Thank you
Who is the visitor?
Now Dave has seen the Ruru will he get the Tiki back?
What will he write back to Ra??
Please continue
Harry

The thought occured to me...maybe Ra has died (God forbid ) and the pitoitoi was giving the heads up to Matt to take care of Dave...

Doubt it though. Just my weird theory. ;)

The pitoitoi appearing on the right, maori reckon, is a signal for good luck or a signal of approval and prosperity. It may be meant for both of them together, or for just one of them. If it's for Matt (having the one track mind that both he and I have), it may mean his ... you know ... might get a good workout. If it's good luck for Dave, it may mean something completely different.

Suppose two people are facing each other, one facing north and the other south, and the pitoitoi appears to the west of them. That's good luck for the one facing south AND bad luck for the one facing north? That would make sense if they're enemies, but what if they're friends?

No, JAG already said nobody dies. Somebody's gonna be unhappy though.

Welcome to JUB and the story board, Ryan.
You will be a welcome addition to our contributing commentators - especially with JaG's wonderful tale of true love, trials, and tribulations.

I enjoy learning about other cultures and customs - this has been a great read.

I don't know how long you may have been checking out JUB in the background but, if you're truly "new new", I encourage you to check out the other authors on here - both current and some not too distant in the past.

 (*8*) :D ..|

JaG:
PBS TV up here had a special on NZ nature areas, I got to see some of it before I had to run out for a few - timing!
Beautiful country.

which stories do you recommend???? I love romance....:-):D(*8*)

JAG, what can I say?

I've just finished Part 3. Your story is... awesome. I long for a life with a man I can love unashamedly! Living in a small town where no-one your age is gay is hard. Even harder when no-one actually knows your gay anyway...

Your story, in a sense, has given me hope and encouragement.

Oh how I wish there were a Dave or Ra in my life :)

Very keen to read the rest of your story - I just don't want it to end! Please no-one spoil it for me :P

JaG,
What a great good morning this was!

One part of me is saddened that Rawiri didn't finish his term at Berkely (and I'm sure Craiger is MUCH chagrined, lol).
BUT, as Dave, mate, said - I think he has the blessings of the ancestors. I think they understand the importance of Ra and Dave, mate, being together. The strength they give to and draw from each other.

The ruru was looking down on the pub that Friday night, wasn't it?
Guiding Ra and Matt's cousin to see the tiki and return it to the village, so it could find its way to its rightful owner.

A wonderful chapter, JaG.

And show me your wonderful arse, Dave, mate.
I suspect I wouldn't mind seeing more of BOTH of them, JaG, mate.
:wave: :=D: :D

Yay! Ra is back!

I sure hope the next chapter is their wild, no-holds-barred reunion sex!

Wow what a surprise I was not really expecting that!!! I must say though I am happy too see the young lovers back together.

Poor Craiger. All his hopes for meeting our fine, young Rawiri, dashed.
