Oh dear, you have me on pins and needles now. I hope Ra has some surprise for Dave. And as far as writing since high school, it only means that you have a little more of a mature idea of life...... I can deal with that. Looking forward.

Oh lordy, JAG. I am feeling the hurt Dave is having. Whatever could have changed Ra's mind so quickly? This can't go on. They need desperately to talk this out.

That said, great chapter, because I really did feel the hurt.

That was a good chapter. You made dave's fear of losing ra a little more developed since chapter 11. Definitely no bigger tiki. Bigger problem for Dave though. hah I smell a big make up sex going to happen. :) :) :)

Poor Ra! So torn between what he wants with Dave and what he is not receiving from his ancestors. How true that is for so many young men. The torture can be indescribable. Society can put such a stigma on us that denying ourselves is the only way we can cope.

That was one intense chapter and hopefully a break through for Ra and Dave. Thanks, JAG.

I wanted to let you know that I was following, but when you reposted, it wasn't in my subscriptions, and I didn't get back into the main story forum for a bit - sorry to have missed all this new action. It was just getting exciting when you dropped off my radar.

I will endeavor to get caught up so I can post intelligently - or at least current relative to your story line.

The second part has been heartwrenching. Rawiri trying to hurt Dave with his fucking him, but he couldn't do it - it tears him apart too much to put on an act.

Our Ancestors -- a bigger part of some cultures than others, but they build our mores and expectations, in any case.

We are complex beings, and we don't all fall under the top of the umbrella curve in all things.

I can feel the love, the angst, the "anger", the frustration, the needs, the desires.

You are doing a fine job of connecting with Rawiri and Daves' fealings, and conveying them to us.

Thank you for all of your efforts.

I look forward to the next installments.

Great two chapters! Really diverse directions. Poor Ra needing the permission of his ancestors and Dave having to go through all that . Getting better each chapter. Look forward to the next one. Good luck with the writing.
 
Not much different than growing up in a Christian environment.
