Do you remember "An imaginary tale of Superman?" DC would come out with these and it was kind of "this doesn't count" and go into bizarre story lines, I was 11 or 12 and remember thinking "but I thought he was imaginary to begin with?"

Not at all. No guarantee they showed up in the small convenience store (before they were called that - often they were called a "mart") where I got most of my komeex.

Yea, it has been in talks for a long time, as well as movie. It would better serve as a tv series, though. Done justice it would be excellent.

When I first got in to comics, I only read DC. Once marvel started coming out with movies, I switched to Marvel cuz I realized DC comics suck and do all of their movies. Marvel is the best.

DC for me, but I don't mind Marvel either.

Wow from just skimming over it looks like DC is the most popular. Wasn't expecting that

I read DC Comics far more than Marvel but I loved both sets of characters, as a child of the 70s.

Wonder Woman, the TV series. Superman: The Movie. The Incredible Hulk TV series.

Remember Spider-Man on The Electric Company? I loved when he would shoot webs.

There was also the Mego line of action figures/dolls which had an extensive list of of both DC and Marvel characters. Loved those toys.

I like them both Marvel has better movies but DC can get a cartoon to stay on the air longer than a season or 2.

Is anyone reading Supergirl? I can't wait to check that out. It looks awesome.

I feel like Marvel lost a lot of its charm when they kind of neutered the xmen. They still make great books but the universe isn't quite as alive

What did they do to the X Men?

They kind of shunted them out of the spotlight because they don't own the rights to the characters. In their place they tried to shove the Inhumans forward but it didn't really work for either the Inhumans or the X-men

The Inhumans are cool but, come on, they're no X-Men. ;) I've also noticed that the FF are getting the shaft now as well. Probably for similar reasons.

Anyway, Marvel all the way for me!

Yeah they're getting the shaft but let's be honest, do we really miss them? Like honestly?

Well, not really. FF might be my favorite supergroup but its best days are behind them, aren't they?

This reminds me that I still need to finish Hickman's run. I really liked the first half.

Speaking of Supergirl
Have you actually watched its series?
Not really a fan but I find the effects awesome!
