Dead Island -- gonna be the best game ever.

Gee, another four player co-op zombie kill fest. I'm all for new zombie games. But only if they can offer a new formula rather than steal from other successful games. The trailer is interesting and deceptively original, but most likely a gimmick. And Techland is the developer. The only decent game they ever made was Call of Juarez 2.
 
My friend posted that on facebook. It's worth buying just for a trailer that artful.
 
Looks interesting. Seems to be going down a different path to most zombie games as well. Rather than having a straight forward shooting game it looks to be more melee weapon based with elements of RPG in an 'open-world' type situation. Sounds a little like Borderlands or the Fallout games. This is about the only game I am interested in this year.
 
Actually I don't really care if it's a zombie game or not. The trailer was soooo beautifully done. I would buy it for the graphics.
 
I thoroughly enjoyed that trailer I might plan on getting it, but I'm already getting sick and tired of Dead Rising 2.
