What do you think of death penality applicated to all crime?

Now is apllicated just for murders; i'll applicate it to all crima (rape, pedophilia,theft,fraud ecc).

Obliviously the first crime is punischid with prison, the second one with death

Financial wise it would not benefit States. So many people would get the Death Sentence States would have empty Prison facilities. The Prison system is a Cash-Cow and that's why most legislatures want to do AWAY with The Death penalty. Having a man ROT behind bars for 50yrs is CASH...The local, State & Federal Jail house Rock joints can't make money with empty cell beds..

Well I was a fan of "three strikes" and I wish we'd do that in Canada. I support 2nd chances, not 17th.
But I don't think the death penalty is ethical.

Can you imagine getting a death sentence for being drunk in the street twice? This would actually have a worse effect on the economy than the recession as no one would want to leave their homes.

I think rape should be a life term and murderers should get the death penalty (but then again, living in a 6 x 9 cell is worse than being put to death and Im having an 'a ha' moment in that if a person is murdering people, they probably arent real happy people so the death penalty would be an easy way for them to go

why spend resourse and money to maintain and nurse a criminal for 40-60 years? With death penality you had to maintain him just for one year!
