Decaf or regular?

poor RationalLunacy, you got so excited with all that caffeine you forgot you made this thread? :)

Coffee should be like men--strong, bold, uncut...

No decaf, no pussy-wussy flavors, no whipped cream. A man's drink.

Hmmm...better go brew me a cup right now.

Drinking decaf coffee is like having sex and not coming. I prefer the full satisfaction of regular coffee.

We must all bow before the chocolate covered espresso bean, as it it the greatest substance on earth.

Decaf, I must add, is not 100% devoid of caffeine, but it at its highest 97% caffeine free. It's good when you want the flavor but not the buzz, which is 11:00 pm for me.

morning, a nice regular grande sumatra, or yukon, or verona. maybe a second if it's a bad morning.

after 3pm, decaf all the way. decaf verona is actually really good tasting.

Something decaf drinkers might want to have a look at: ctv

"If someone drinks five to 10 cups of decaffeinated coffee a day, the dose of caffeine could easily reach the level in a cup or two of caffeinated coffee," said co-author Dr. Bruce Goldberger, a professor and director of the university's William R. Maples Center for Forensic Medicine.

Get me a grande, make it dark and put it on a leash!

I drink caffeine-free regular Coke. But coffee? De-caf? What's the point?

Some people like the taste of coffee. I LOVE it! If I couldn't have caffeine I'd probably still drink decaf. It helps with those cold morning commutes in the winter.
